Beautiful vintage velvet dress with statement gathered and puffed sleeves. In a beautiful royal purple colour. Rhinestones adorn the neckline a plunging back with a velvet bow at the bottom of the plunge in the back. Bottom of hem sits just below the knee. A removable strap runs across the top of the back.
