Art Deco 90's Ceramic Class Vase

How's this for fun?  Likely done in a 1990's ceramic class, it is the epitome of 90's does 20's  Art Deco.  There seems to be one repair on the lady's hat that has been painted in a slightly different red colour (See picture)

It is amateurly done, however it is done quit well.
